You had better say goodbye to fat Dave!.
Here in Columbia, MO Harmony and I have some good friends, Max and Nora Drown, who have been doing a diet which has seen both of them loose quite a bit of weight. So after looking at some pictures of myself and saying "Holy #!*$" that is me (we all have done that), I started the HCG diet. The diet is a bit different and not for everyone because you have to be very strict in what you eat for up to 61 days. Currently I am at day 40 and have lost close to 30 lbs, and said goodbye to Fat Dave and Hello to overweight Dave. Don't worry though overweight Dave is going to be gone soon as well, because by the end of May I will be starting another round of the diet where my goal is to get back to what I weighed when I married Harmony.
