So I am sitting here at work on the third phase of my diet and listening to everyone talk about going out for Thai food while munching on chips and drinking sodas. And all I can think about is my 100g of chicken and a Melba toast that I am going to have for lunch. I must say that this part of the HCG diet is very hard, but I have been at this diet now for more than 5 weeks and I am not going to cheat now.
